Shipping options

  • Standard Shipping (USA & UK)
    Delivered in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
    Tracking link sent via email as soon as we ship your parcel.
⏰ During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), carriers may experience small delays.

Handling & processing time

Each vintage item is steamed or refreshed (when fabric-safe), carefully folded and packaged before shipping.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 8PM are processed the next business day.
  • No shipments on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also check your order anytime on our Track your order page.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
  • Email us at hello@coachy2k.com with your order number and any photos.
We will assist you with the claim and ensure you receive a fair solution.
