What can be returned?
- The item doesn’t match the description or photos
- Arrived damaged during transit
- You changed your mind or sizing wasn’t right
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received

Refund processing
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item arrives back
- Your refund goes to the original payment method
- You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as it’s completed
If your item arrives damaged
In rare cases of shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund.
